"Be Active" - when you're breathing hard and sweating - help your heart pump well, give you more energy and help you look and feel your best. Start with a warm-up that stretches your muscles. Include 20 minutes of aerobic activity, such as running, jogging, or dancing. Follow-up with activities that help make you stronger such as push-ups or lifting weights. Then cool-down

Babies Can't Wait

Early Intervention/ Babies Can’t Wait is Georgia's statewide interagency service delivery system for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. Babies Can’t Wait (BCW)was established by Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) legislation which guarantees all eligible children, regardless of their disability, access to services that will enhance their development. The BCW program has offices at the County Health Department sites in Perry and Milledgeville.

**Babies Can't Wait is looking for a full-time, part-time or contracted licensed physical therapist, speech therapist and occupational therapist. For more information, please click here.
