Houston County to Offer Child Care Class

Babies can be confusing and they don't come with instructions.  We can help! 

The Houston County Health Department is currently developing a baby care class to help answer some of the most frequently asked questions about baby care.  We hope to offer the first class in February 2010 and we look forward to helping anyone interested in learning more about infant and baby issues. 

In the class, one of our specially trained nurses will discuss issues such as cord care, diapering, recognizing signs of illness, infant CPR, bathing, temperature taking, feeding issues, comforting techniques, injury prevention, and much more!
